19 Months going on 4 years!

Lucas has been giving us a wild ride! We LOVE his personality! Lucas has a great sense of humor, loves to help "away?"--meaning throw little bits of trash of dog hair (yes, I know, Yuck!) into the kitchen trash can. He is turning out to be the biggest joy in our lives and are thrilled to have him as our son!

6 Months BIG!!!

For Lucas' 6 month pictures, we decided to have them "professionally" taken. Well, we can't afford the super good photographers, so we worked our way to Target. Holy smokes, I didn't really know what to expect, but I know that they exceeded my expectations. The photographer we had did such great job capturing the "Lucas" that we all know! Here are a few of my favorites! Enjoy!

American Boy

Lucas has turned out to be a baby who charms the camera! Even when it calls for wearing a silly outfit that Grammy A bought for him. The following pictures are sharing Lucas' first 4th of July at Hess Lake.

Spring Time is Near!!

Whew, it has been a long time since the last post... Lucas wasn't even here yet! Well he is now almost 2 months old and is such a mellow guy!

Since the weather has taken a turn for the better, we have taken advantage of many nice long walks. Ahhh, the fresh air to breathe, sounds of the birds singing and what's that? the SUN!!! We have so much to discover!

A Room A Baby Monster Could Love...

After waiting forever for the bedding to come in to match the paint and fighting with the wallpaper only to hire someone to finish this project for us...

The Baby's room is complete!

Once Monster and I are home and settled in a little bit, I plan to make some artwork to hang on the walls above the dresser.

Oasis Monster Party

We had a great time at the Walsh's house for our last "Monster Party". The food and company was perfect! We feel very blessed by the friends that we have at Oasis!

The "After" Party

What better way to get rid of balloons than to play the classic Bozo Balloon popping game? So we had time to spare before we had to leave--it was great fun!
